bowling tips

Finger:
1. only middle two fingers in the hole
2. use left hand to help support the ball
3. rotate the wrist
4. Turkey dance to warm up

Strike: (using more force would get more strikes.)
0. stand on the most right mark (right foot) 14 lb regular ball
1. right foot step out a little bit
2. push, raise ball aiming at the target mark, left foot move toward 3rd right mark, body up
3. let ball swing back by gravity, right foot move toward 3rd right mark, body low, eye check the mark where ball would go through. Accelerate.
4. let ball swing forward by gravity, body up, control the rotation, body face the 3rd right mark, ball going to the straight line pass 2nd mark.
(edge: curve more, center: curve less so the strike chance increases)

Spare: 10 lb regular ball.
1. two left pins. start from one right mark from center, walk toward one left mark,
2. one left pin. shift half mark to left.
3. center pin. like strike.
4. right one pin. start from most left mark, let ball go through center mark.
5. right two pins. shift half mark to right. let ball still go through center mark
6. right three pins. like 4 but use curve ball

3. Don't play too many games. Stop when feel tired and the score drops.
